Eating Like A Rebel
We’ve talked before about how important it is for you to make positive and healthy lifestyle changes to go along with the rebel weight loss way of life. A big part of this, besides exercise of course, is eating right and making sure your body is free of any harmful toxins and sludge build up. The better you eat, the faster your metabolism will be able to get and the better you eat, the resources your body has to feed off of while carrying out a rebel weight loss way of life will be large and bountiful.
First and foremost, you’re going to have to give up fattening and high sugar foods immediately. This means no more fast foods, no more duos of donuts for breakfast and no more dessert after every meal. This does NOT mean you can’t treat yourself from time to time like on someone’s birthday to have a slice of cake. It does mean that you can’t be going out and treating yourself every single day — at least, not if you want to lose weight.
Cleansing your body via colon cleanse every so often is also very key in not only helping you to lose weight, but also promoting to your body a completely healthy and pure lifestyle. Think about all of that sludge and nasty buildup that’s gotten caught in your internal organs over the years. The very first cleanse that you do will likely be incredibly intense and disgusting, but it will also prove to be a huge step in determining just how badly you want to lose weight.
Ask yourself — are you truly ready to start losing weight like a rebel? A lot of the things that we do here go against the grain, but we also explain every single thing that we suggest fully and in factual detail. There isn’t anything that you’re going to be doing in the rebel weight loss program that won’t make sense and would be harmful to you in any way.
Instead of eating the traditional three meals a day, you’re going to want to space it out and eat several smaller meals spread out over the entire day. This will work wonders on speeding up your metabolism and sending a message to your body that it’s going to be losing some excess weight soon. You are going to want to eat foods that are high in protein and drink lots and lots of water. Water is the source of life and when you think about how we’re made up of practically ALL water ourselves, it all begins to make sense. Not only will you feel better by drinking more water but your body will also react more positively to anything that you’re going to try and do.
Once again, the rebel weight loss lifestyle is a choice. It’s not an easy to make, easy to carry out choice. It will require a lot of hard work and a lot of discipline on your part, but in the end, the results will be there and will be undeniable.
Rebel weight loss works!
